Plans change — here is how cancellations and reschedules work at Glow Nest.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge by calling or messaging us at least 4 hours before the slot, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the appointment are free.

Where a professional has already travelled to your location and the service cannot be delivered for reasons outside our control, a visiting charge may apply. This is communicated before it is charged.

Cancellation by Glow Nest

If we need to cancel or move your appointment — for example due to professional unavailability — we will inform you as early as possible and offer the next available slot.

How to cancel

Call or WhatsApp us using the number on the contact page, quoting your name, date and time slot.
